Ingredients

  • 250 Grams Minced meat
  • 2 Potato
  • 2 teaspoons Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon, clove powder
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • ½ kg Maida (refined flour)
  • 100 Grams Fat (shortening)
  • 2 teaspoons Baking soda
  • 2 Egg
  • 200 Grams Dalda (vanaspati shortening)
  • 2 Big onion
  • Salt, coriander leaves, mint

Instructions

  1. Cook the meat separately with salt. Boil the potatoes, add salt, and crumble them, setting aside. In a pan, heat 2 ladles of oil and ghee, add the finely chopped coriander leaves, mint, onion, ginger, and garlic, and saute well. Add the cooked meat, chili powder, garam masala powder, and the crumbled potato, and saute without any water content, keeping it dry. Knead the maida with egg yolk, salt, baking soda, and the fat ground on a grinding stone; fold and knead again, then roll into 4 balls, stack them one on top of another, and roll out long like a scroll. Divide into 4 parts, unfold, place 1 tablespoon of the filling at the edge, brush with egg white, and deep-fry in Dalda.
