Ingredients

  • 4 Goat leg
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 10 Shallots
  • 3 teaspoons Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Coriander seeds
  • 5 Garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. Clean and cut the 4 legs into pieces. Grind together the pepper, cumin, coriander seeds, shallots, and garlic. Pour 8 tumblers of water into a pressure cooker, add the ground masala, the leg pieces, turmeric powder, and the required salt, and place on the stove. After the whistle sounds, cook for 20 minutes, then remove from heat. Once it can be opened, heat 2 teaspoons of good sesame oil in a pan, and once hot, add a little curry leaves and temper, then mix into the cooked leg curry and stir.
