Ingredients

  • 2 Egg
  • 10 Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin
  • 2 Green chili
  • 1 ball-sized piece Tamarind (seed-sized)
  • 2 ladles Good oil
  • 5 Dried red chili
  • Salt, turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg well with salt. On a dosa griddle, heat 1 ladle of oil, add the finely chopped chili and onion, and saute until they turn red. Pour in the beaten egg, and once well cooked, flip and prepare it as an omelette. Cut into small pieces. To the tamarind extract, add the ground masala (the cumin and dried red chilies, ground together), pour in oil, add salt and turmeric, let it boil down, and when removing from heat, add the prepared omelette pieces and remove.
