Ingredients

  • 3 Egg (hard-boiled, whole)
  • 1 tablespoon Amul butter or regular butter
  • as needed Pepper powder, salt
  • Bread slice (to cut into the boat base and triangular sail shapes)

Instructions

  1. Cut a boiled-egg white half into a boat shape. Cut a piece of bread into a one-inch square.
  2. Spread butter on the bread square, then fill it with the mashed egg yolk mixed with pepper powder and salt.
  3. Cut another piece of bread into a long triangle and prop it in at the edge like a sail, using a biscuit or bread piece to hold it upright. The boat egg is ready.
