Ingredients

  • 200 Grams Fish
  • 200 ml Dalda
  • as needed Salt
  • 100 Grams Gram flour (listed in the source ingredient list, but not called for in the method below)
  • 2 spoons Lemon juice
  • Pepper powder (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Wash the fish well and clean it, keeping it dry, without water. Pour lemon juice over the fish, add salt and pepper powder, and let it marinate for ½ hour. Heat a dosa griddle on the stove, add dalda, and once hot, place the fish pieces on individually. Drizzle a little melted dalda over the top. Once one side is cooked, flip to the other side. Once both sides are golden brown and cooked, remove, let cool, and serve. It will taste great.
