Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Minced meat
  • as needed Big onion
  • for frying Ginger-garlic paste
  • ½ teaspoon Corn flour
  • 1 spoon Rice flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper powder
  • as needed Salt
  • for frying Oil (for frying)
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 spoon Soy sauce
  • 1 spoon Tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Lightly cook the meat with salt and turmeric. Heat oil in a pan, add the ginger-garlic paste, and saute. Then add the onion and saute until golden. Add the meat, soy sauce, and tomato sauce, and saute until reduced. Next, mix the corn flour and rice flour with the egg, pepper powder, and Ajinomoto (MSG), and dissolve to a dosa-batter consistency. Pour small dosas on a griddle -- make 10 or 15 dosas. On top of each dosa, place a little of the sauteed meat mixture, roll it up, and seal both edges lightly with the batter. Deep-fry these rolls in oil until golden and remove.
