Ingredients

  • 1 kg Goat meat
  • 30 Red chili
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 4 Big onion

Instructions

  1. Clean 1 kg of goat meat and cut into pieces. Grind the red chilies, coriander seeds, cumin, and pepper. Chop the big onions. Mix the cut meat with the ground masala, the required salt, and turmeric powder. In a heavy-bottomed vessel, heat the good oil, and once hot, add the meat mixture and the chopped onion, pour in a little water, and let it cook. Once the meat is cooked, add a lemon-sized lump of butter. Mix well with the masala and meat; once it thickens, the oil will float on top. Continue stirring for a few more minutes, then remove from heat.
